We had mixed feelings about our last order. The size of my salmon was half the amount of my previous times. My wife tried the filet for the first time. The piece of meat was tough and not very tasty. Locally grown filet needs to be marinated, because the beef is so healthy. My mother in law ordered the chicken. She enjoyed it very much. The portion was large enough to feed three people.
